I just want to say that I recommend taking the hypnobirthing class to ANYONE that is going to have a baby, epidural or not. We learned so much. I now believe that using visualization techniques was 95% of my success in my pregnancy, labor and delivery. I also now know how powerful the mind really is. I really wanted to post my birth story but it wont let me copy and paste and it is pretty long so hopefully I can figure it out.....
Congrats Amber! She really is beautiful. Nothing like it! Nothing better.
ReplyDeleteShe is gorgeous! I love all that hair. She is perfect. I need to hold her. I am so baby hungry and just seeing pictures isn't cuting it.
